Kevin Thompson’s fitness journey began at 8-years old. Forever the busy body, he needed an outlet to release his immense amount of energy so one day he started doing push-ups and never stopped. Eventually he would join his High School’s track team and become the Sophomore MVP, but his track career was short lived because he wanted to pursue dancing and art. While at St. John’s University for his undergrad, Kevin managed the Women’s Track & Field team for all 4 years. He later combined his love for dance + fitness to jump start his dance fitness and instructor career at both Retro and Ripped Fitness. Now Kevin’s providing free content for the masses as a gift to his community. Follow along with Kevin’s fitness vlog as he posts new videos every Saturday!
